Guest Support Officer (GSO) – Safer Gambling Guest Support Officers are the frontline of safer gambling guest support, delivering proactive and meaningful interactions across the gaming floor. As a Guest Support Officer, you will play a key role in promoting safer gambling practices by engaging directly with guests, conducting warm check-ins, and supporting adherence to time-based play requirements. This is a highly interactive, floor-based role requiring strong communication skills and confidence in approaching guests. Reporting to the Guest Support Managers and Safer Gambling Duty Managers, you will: Engage with guests to encourage responsible play and break-taking behaviours Monitor and support compliance with time play limits and interventions Provide empathetic, non-judgemental support to guests displaying signs of gambling-related harm Deliver consistent and professional on-floor interactions aligned to safer gambling procedures Refer guests seeking exclusion or additional support to Guest Support Managers Guide guests toward external support services, including gambling counselling.
